I took one of my sons here a couple of months ago and had no issues. We recently changed our insurance, so we chose this clinic as our provider because they are close. Big mistake. My youngest son had an allergic reaction so I called them to make an appt for him which they did for the following morning because he's a "new patient". I showed up half an hour early signed-in and then was rudely told they wouldn't see him because they were not his "provider" on his insurance card. I tried to explain that maybe the insurance had made a mistake since my other child had just been seen there. The receptionist just snapped back at me, cut me off, and refused to even try to contact the insurance again or check our other records. Completely unprofessional and unwilling to help. I expect different from a physicians office, especially one that deals with our children. After being dismissed, I called the insurance who had mistakenly not updated the provider info for my son, they made the correction
