The staff at FIC are VERY rude! Its sad that a person can't even talk to the main people who are supposed to be there for them without getting an attitude. The bathrooms have mold, there was a dead rat in the ceiling causing an awful smell for months, they don't even provide soap in the bathroom. The staff picks out what they want when food is donated & then sends the rest to the back. My personal opinion, if you need somewhere to go DO NOT choose Families in Crisis.
