I would like to preface this with saying I created this account so I could specifically tell people NOT to go here, I was that dissatisfied. I went after going to my local mechanic who told me he didn't feel comfortable taking out and reinstalling a complete new gas tank and to take it to the dealership since they had probably seen the problem before. What a horrible experience. I went there almost a half dozen times. They fixed several things on my car and were way overpriced, as expected from a dealership. The fuel tank was on back order so I had to take it back in when the part finally came. When I picked it up and filled my tank they didn't connect the gas gauge. I took it back in, and they "couldn't help me without taking out a bunch of gas at my own loss." So I picked it up, drove it around, and brought it back on a day that they specified for them to fix their own mistake. The service manager had seen me about 4 times in a week. I walked in today and she goes, "Who are you?" Lady, you saw me YESTERDAY...and I have spent about two grand here in the past two weeks. Impersonal. Overpriced. And my own mechanic could have done a better job never having done it before. *insert profanity here* this place.

This dealership was great in all aspects. The sales staff was very friendly and helpful, they gave me a great price on my trade-in as well as a discount on the new car that I purchased! I would definitely recommend my friends to this place. There were many cars to choose from, new and used. I will only buy my cars from Freedom Jeep Chrysler in the future. :-)
