I guess I had higher expectations since I'm from the Corpus Christi area. The Golden Corral is much bigger and food is always hot. But the waitresses is really the only reason that this is a low rate they argued in front of us while we were eating. I won't go back

GROSS!!! NASTY PLACE AND FOOD WAS NOT GOOD. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

We went here over the weekend. I didn't realize Ryan's had shut down so this was the next option. The food was horrible the baked chicken dried out with a film over it. The only thing I managed to take was a piece if fried chicken. Dessert area and bathrooms were a mess. Ice cream machine was serving liquid and I actually asked if they could clean up because that is gross. I grabbed my family and walked out. I will never go back there!

There is a new GM that just took over in February and he is really cleaning up this place. Most Golden Corral restaurants are nasty because parents do not control their children and let them get into all the foods, especially the dessert bar! And look at most of the people who eat there, over weight, don't give a damn about themselves people. Be more respectful of yourself and you will see improvement no matter where you go. It all begins with you and me. I enjoy the food, and hope that the atmosphere can be improved.

I've been to quite a few different Golden Corral Restaurants and this has to be the worst one I've ever been to. My husband and I went during dinner time and it seemed to be busy so we figured it would be a great place to eat. Man were we wrong.



The staff was very unprofessional, many of them were teenagers that were screaming at each other across the restaurant and talking bad about each other in front of customers, I also heard one of the waitresses talking bad about a customer. This all happened as soon as we walked in, so I could tell already we weren't going to have the best experience.



So my husband and I find a table and start getting our food, first was the salad, there was hardly any out and what was out was brown and had been sitting there quite a while. I decided not to eat a salad, so I went for the rest of the buffet. Everything was dried up and you could tell had been sitting there probably all day. All the gravies and noodles had layers of film over them, the beans and rice were dried up and clumpy, and the rest of the buffet had mixes of different food in each tray, macaroni in the mashed potatoes, sausage in the macaroni, etc. At this point we decided to try to get our money back and go else where. Well the manager wouldn't refund us, but gave us a coupon for a free meal the next time we return, HA! We will never be going back to this place and I advice anyone that might be thinking about it to go somewhere else, it will just ruin your dinner.

The 1 & only time I went to this rest after it opened,I found a long hair in the beef stew,Have never gone back- I believe they should make certain the workers wear hair nets to keep this from happening.

.However,They have crowds so perhaps the food has improved.
