We entrusted them with approx. $2000 worth of business for my wedding. They insisted on ariving at the site very early to set up. Once I got to the site I found ALL of my people flowers (bouquets, corsages & boutinieres) in the FREEZER!! I did not have a bouquet to carry down the isle on my wedding day!!! My bridesmaid carried flowers that we took out of the centerpieces for the reception. The groomsmen and groom had nothing for their tuxes. Nor did any of the immediate family memebers. To make matters worse, this business refuses to take fault and reimburse any of our money!

They do a great job on all the flowers I order from them. They are always friendly, fast and my wife is wowed more and more each time. I support this local business and recommend them to anyone needing flowers in Killeen.

This florist won't be there for you! My daughter(from Dallas) ordered flowers for me yesterday. Today she called me many times at work, hoping to hear my excitement. When she knew nothing happened she called the florist, the lady said the flowers would be delivered between 3-3:30. My daughter called me at 4:15 still no flowers. She was so hurt.When I called nothing but rudeness and an excuse that they had a big wedding and just didn't have time, the place closed at 1 pm. Then they called my daughter back and said i refused the flowers!Stay way from this place. In killeen I recommend Crystal's or Marvels they are very AWESOME!!!!!

My husband went into the store and ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day. He was assured the flowers would be delivered to me at work and paid the full price. Not only did the flowers never show up, they never refunded our money. We have verified with everyone that no flowers arrived for me on Valentine's Day and yet House of Flower's hasn't even offered an apology. My hubby sent a certified letter explaining how that is theft of service to take someone's money and never give them the service and again, no word, apology or flowers from this company. Stay away from House of Flowers on Stan Schlueter. I will make sure that on every occasion I can I will warn people of these criminals, if they do not make this right. Any good company would at least respond to the concern of their customers, especially if the customer has reached out repeatedly in numerous ways, via email, phone calls, and a certified letter and paid their money.

I purchased gorgeous orchids Friday for a bridal shower. The bouquet was exactly what I was looking for and everyone at the party loved them! Thanks!

Stay far away from them. My husband is in Iraq and ordered roses for Valentines day for me. They delivered me an ugly potted mum plant instead. This mum plant was not worth the $80 my husband spent. They do mention that if what is ordered is not available they will replace with same quality and value well this plant was not of same quality or value. Roses and mums are not in the same category and if I liked mums I could buy one at Walmart for $15. Thanks for ruining my Valentines Day it was already hard enough having my husband deployed but now you rip us off.

The rating should be zero. It took them two days to fill a one day order flowers were Late! They told me they would call me to let me know when the flowers would be ready but they didn't. I was sent away twice. I ordered the Queen's Court Bouquet which looks amazing in the picture and what I got were 10 tiny flowers with mostly greenery. The bouquet looked dead. I was so disappointed and I am not a picky person! As I requested my refund in person the manager was loud with me while other customers watched and snickered. I have never been so embarrassed! I calmly asked, losing breath as I am 8 months pregnant, to be refunded and told her I did not wish to argue. She made a point to tell me several times "I do not agree with you" Loudly and was argumentative. Horrible customer service. I will never do business there again.

I picked up flowers for a my friend who's wife had just had a baby. The selection was great and the people were friendly. They were very fast at making my arrangement and was surprised that they made me a custom arrangement right there on the spot and I was out of there in about 10 minutes. Great job!

i ordered 3 dozen white daisys for my wedding, the OWNER assured me that the order could be taken care of, and charged my account. because they are closed on sunday (my wedding was on a sunday) i arrived to pick up my flowers the saturday before. upon arrival i was redirected to see 2 different people then taken into the chiller/freezer and told that they hadn't gotten my daisys, i was presented with less than 2 dozen wilted partialy white assorted flowers, carnations, lillies and baby's breath, yet they had charged me the full 70 some odd dollars for my daisys, they hadn't called or attemped to contact me in any way. the girl working told me the flowers had only come in that day, while the owner claimed (relayed by phone to the shop girl, she refused to come in and speak with me or return my calls)they had arrived 2 days prior and my contact information couldn't be found.my advice: aviod them like the plauge. HEB provided my flowers (same day) for under 20 dollars.
