The staff was kind and handled my two rather large dogs with care. They did an excellent job grooming them and even washed their collars. The woman at the front desk was very friendly. They are a major upgrade from petsmart. I recently took one of my dogs to petsmart grooming salon and they did a horrible job, charged too much and weren’t friendly. My dog kept sitting down and didn’t want to go with the unfriendly groomer, she actually starting dragging her on her leash to force her to walk with her which made me uncomfortable and slightly angry. She is a well trained dog and has never had to be dragged to go along with anyone. House of grooming not only does an excellent job but they charge a reasonable price. This is currently the best grooming salon we have been to in Killeen my dogs love it there.

the worst place ever, brought my little dog to them, monika the german lady, did the grooming, after i picked him up he wasnt able to walk anymore on the right side, after a year of pain and injury he died, he was healthy and happy before i brought him to this grooming place. went to vet the same day of grooming and the vet stated through xray and a lot of other tests that his knee is badly injured. he never got over it and died from this injury.

I have been coming to this business for the past 2 years, and have gotten great work from workers. The prices are also great, especially compared to my previous groomer. However, I have had a few comments made by a employee I found to be inappropriate and rude. However, not bad enough to turn my business away, at least not YET.

I have great service sometimes and horrible service other times. It just depends on who does the grooming. Unfortunately, the last time I went there, they missed quit a few spots which were completely obvious and cut my dogs nails too short to where he bled. I still have blood stains in my car from that incident.

they do not cover all breeds. And if you can't trust them to get that right from the start, are you really going to take something you care about and 'trust' them to do whats right? unsupervised as well?
