Just left this store for the first time and I was charged for an extra bag of hair that I did not purchase. I made sure to check the receipt before leaving and, sure enough there was the extra $5.99! Before I left the counter the first time, the cashier counted the total number of hair that was on the receipt, which was 5 in total. She ended up adding the extra $5.99; She was nice enough to let me get another bag. I'm not confirming nor denying that this was an accident. I'm just saying to carefully watch your receipts!
