This company has been managing my house for over 30 years. It has always been good but the past year has shown a greater improvement and attention to detail and modernization of the communication process. I could not be more pleased with their professionalism.

JWC has managed my property for over 5 years. They are professional and exceptionally proactive addressing both the tenants needs/issues with my home as well as my concerns.

My experience has been excellent! Not living in Texas and moving with the military JWC has been absolutely outstanding. I had to go through two other property managers to get to JWC, but once I started working with them everything went great!

Overall you send people out pretty fast to fix problems, and you all have already improved as far as sending information through email and keeping tenants informed. Everyone was so helpful throughout my move in process.

I want to take a moment and express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to you and your staff by saying that you for making my rental experience with JWC a pleasant one!! My work orders are done in a timely manner, the staff is great and give impeccable customer service each and every time as well as the upkeep of the property and keeping the grass cut and trimmed! So again thank you from my family and I !!!

I have lived here for about 2 years and bottom line is they suck!!! Every time I put in a work order it takes them about 2 weeks to get it fixed and I am told the same excuess everytime "Oh we have to get permission from the owners" so i asked is there a time limit for the owners to respond to a work order? Their simpile answer is "No". It's true I delt with a leaky toilet for about 3 weeks untill the owner got out here just to make sure I was not lieing about it. And before you write anything. Here is something about the staff there. They are very rude and I will name, names whenever I would call the mantince department and speak to Crystal she always gave me attidude once she told me "Sir stop calling about your work orders we will get to it when we get to it" Nice company you run their Mr. Wright. Oh and all this B.S you told the other person "We have been selected THE BEST property management company in the Fort Hood Area 3 years in a row!!" Thats cause your the only big rental com

My boyfriend stayed in one of their apartments years ago, the door fell off the henges and they took 2 days to fix it! They kept our deposit even though it was in tip top shape when we left it, probably even better than it was when we moved in! How hard is it to keep a 1 bdrm apartment clean? The staff is RUDE and I haven't met one happy customer of theirs ever.

My husband and I rented 2 apartments from them. They kept the deposit, and charge you for every little thing. They kept and charged us over 200 dollars when we treated the place like our own and cleaned it really well before we left. We tried another apartment they said that there was a washer and dryer hook-ups and made the down deposit then took a look at the place. We found out that there wasn't, and that we wanted the deposit back. They refused to and we kept on getting on their butt and stayed there until they gave it to us, and went to another place to get an apartment.
