This salon despite the review,singular, was very pleasant and ready to serve. I walked in and was warmly greeted. My masseuse walked me backed to the room and asked me what I was looking for in a massage. I told her where and what I was looking for and she kindly obliged. She was wonderful!!! Amazing really. My first few massages in Killeen did nothing for me. I need a firm touch, I know my back has a lot of kinks to be worked out and she did her best to help. I left that place in a state of relaxation I haven't felt before! Amazing job! Prices maybe a little high but I would definitely pay that price again for the exceptional job and friendly staff. Btw I was offered water and when I walked in there was coffee and water waiting to be served. Thank you Le Spa I will be back!!

This was my first time at this salon and it will be my last. After checking in I was brought to the waiting area in the back. I was very disappointed that I was not asked if I wanted anything to drink. It was a hot day so a glass of water would have been nice. Don't day spas usually offer water or tea? Desperate for a glass of water, I grabbed one of the plastic cups and I walked out of the "relaxation waiting area" just to ask the front desk for a glass of water.How irritating.The facial was less than what I had hoped for. It was not relaxing one bit.It was annoying that the esthetician neither did not tell me what products she was placing on my face nor did she explain what she was going to do before she did it.Come on...although I've had several facials from other places, do NOT assume that I don't want to know what is going on or do not assume that I don't want to know what you are placing on my face. If your excuse is that you wanted me to be in a relaxed atmosphere then please don't talk about your personal life because I really don't care where you came from or what your husband does for a living. Your job as an esthetician is to provide services that we pay you to do.
