The absolute worst experience ever. My appointment was 9 and we did not get started until 10:15 not to mention they did not get there until 9:30. I sat there and listened to them try to charge a lady for hair that's suppose to come with the style. I asked for a discount for waiting over an hour for services and she stated that I already received a discount b/c I am paying less for a style I didn't even ask for. What the heck and how the heck. Now that I am mentioning this before she started on my hair she asked what I was getting, I replied, she gave me a price, and it was different from what she said on the phone. Lastly, they started working on the lady next to me hair and after putting the first twist in she said it was going to be more expensive b/c she did it too long so the lady had to tell her to redo it at a shorter length. I would recommend going somewhere else but I believe all the African braiding shops are connected in some fashion.
I know this post is all over the place but I am so aggravated if I didn't have a funeral to go to I would have walked out.

So I walk into the hair shop in Killeen and tell the lady that I want my hair wash and twisted. She tells me I have to go next door (to the Chinese barber shop) to get my hair washed cuz they don't have a sink. The poor Chinese lady was in awe cuz obviously she'd never washed locks before...so I pay her $10 and come back and the braiding lady says its $60 dollars. I told them after I had to next door and pay separately for a hair wash they still want to charge $60?! I was on my way out(wet hair and all) and she said ok $40...don't ever come here

Please do not go to these unprofessional, dumb women (this is me being nice). I went up to schedule an appointment for box braids. She told me it would be $180. I said, are you sure because my hair is really long. My hair was about 13 inches. I get there and they try to charge me $215. I said no that was not what I agreed too. I agreed to give them an additional 15 bucks and left it alone. The timing was fine. They finished my hair in about 6 hours. Problem was I also requested that they braid all the way down my hair. THEY DID NOT. 2 months later when I took down my hair. I lost 6 to say 7 inches of my hair. I have to go get it cut real short now thanks to them. I would never go there again. Please don't go there. I am so serious Don't waste your money, time or hair.
