The fat blonde one tries to cheat you. I took my ring in to be resize, picked it up and was still the same size. My hubby buys lots of jewelry from them, but not anymore. I refuse to go there anymore. After getting custome made earrings there that was expensive, you would think they would treat you better.

I had an old ring that I had previously had plated with rhodium to change it from yellow to white gold a few years back. I wanted to bring it back to yellow gold in order to sell it so I tool it to Pagel at the recommendation of another jeweler. They did a great job and at a great price. The ring looks new. Everyone that worked there seem nice enough.

The last 2 interactions with pagel have been poor I got called a liar both on the phone and in person from these people they swear they never talked to me on the phone, then when I come in and tell them what the said they had in stock they said I was mistaken again... They are VERY rude and arrogant especially the heavy set blonde she is the worst.

I have been in the Killeen area since the 70's and have made several purchases or had repairs done at Pagels-I remember the Pagel mother and father,always very nice people.-Have always been a satsfied customer-ALL the people I've dealt with at the store (Especially Elizabeth) have always been very helpful and have given great service.

I have been in the Killeen area for 15 years. First time I went to Pagel's was about 10 years ago. Have been there numerous times. Have always had great service. Prices have always been very reasonable. Just picked up two watches for repair. New battery in one and new band on other. Only place that I can find a band for the watch my wife bought for my retirement from the Army 11 years ago. Had to cut the band to fit and only charged me for band, no labor. Have bought quite a bit of jewelry for my wife. Will continue to go there for all my jewelry needs.

I compete against Pagel's and I can't believe the the fact that people want to write bad reviews for piddly BS. $21 to fix your bracelet!?! You should have paid them and thanked them! I do watch batteries also. If you needed that battery so soon you would have gotten it replaced 2 months ago when it died for $12 at walmart (if the battery person was there).

I took a $3000. bracelet to this jeweler to get an estimate on either repairing the clasp or adding a safety chain & left it with a nice lady, Becky, who was helpful in answering some questions about the possible solutions for my bracelet and some other jewelry that I was interested in. Before I left, she said I would be called when an estimate was complete. Over a week passed, I hadn't heard from them. I called, was told that repairs to the clasp were complete, at a $21. cost. I told her that, repairs hadn't been authorized. When I was off from work, I went to pick up the bracelet. An older female named KIM, w/blondish hair, pulled back, told me "yes, the ticket/envelope w/bracelet said: first call with estimate, ESTIMATE wrote in very big letters." But, KIM said she wouldn't give the bracelet back without a $21 payment. I told her I wouldn't pay for unauthorized repairs. She offered to take $16. or undo repairs so I could have bracelet back. I repeated to her that I refused to pay for unauthorized repairs, especially when we had not even discussed which route to take repairing the bracelet. KIM took the bracelet back to the repair office where I could see her LAUGHING, talking to some man and pointing at me, waiting by the counter. I couldnt tell what KIM was doing when she stepped away to another area, but I could see that she was doing something. KIM went and bent the clasp badly, part was falling off, the clasp was in much worse condition than when when i took it in and now the whole clasp has to be replaced at other jeweler. It was a horrible experience!

I took 3 watches in on a Wednesday. At first they said it would be an hour, and I said in that case I would return on Thursday ( the next day). When I went in on Thursday, they still weren't done. I went back on Friday, and still had to wait for them to be done... The only good thing was they did deeply discount the price for doing it. Not sure I will return there for anything!!

Have known of and done business with Pagels since 1972when Mr.& Mrs Pagel ran the store.They are the ultimate in quailty jewelry and workmanship.I would do my jewelry business with no other company while I'm in the area.The people at the store are also very friendly and ready to answer all questions relating to jewelry.

I am so impressed with the quality and cost of the repair of my ring. My ring has been broken for almost 2 years and I've been worried about the cost to get it fixed so I just let it sit. I took my ring in and not only to my surprise it was very resonable to get it repaired but it was done in a timely manner and looks excellent! I will continue to use this jeweler anytime I have jewelry needs.
