The only reason there is a star is bc i had to choose one. This was the worst stay i have had at any hotel. EVER!!!! I used to stay here all the time a few yrs ago. Now there is different ownership. When i got here the front desk clerk had charged me for 2 nights ( which i requested). When he asked me how many people were staying, i advised him "2 adults". He charged me $90. I thought pretty good deal, right? Well as we are unloading our vehicle the maintenance nan and housekeeper started talking to my man. Well they advised us that we can only have 2 people staying in room (which by the way he went to office to check how many people would be staying). He also advised us that guests are onky allowed to stay for 30 min anything after that they would charge us for another person. Also they told us to "not be selling anything out of the hotel". I was so taken back. I do not look like a druggie or a call girl. I have and run my own business. After that we had asked them if there was a pet policy. The gave us 3 different answers on the price for a pet, so they didnt know. But we now know that they charge for pets. As soon as we were done with unloading our things we get a knock at the door telling us that the owner wants to see us. So i go downstairs... her and I talk about dog. She said she was told i havd a big dog. I told her no its a small one (doesnt even weigh 10-15 lbs.) We discuss room...she says that for 2 people is $48 not $45. I told her that instead of 2 nights i onky wanted to stay for 1. Then she says well the dog is $10/night. She states she has to change my price. I made a statenent of "i know its only $3 but how r u giing to fault me for your employees mistake. She said that i must of not told him. I said i did and even showed her on the check-in form that i filled out that i even wrote 2 guests. She still wants to charge me $48. And then she decides to up the price of pet to $15 bc im "only staying one night not 2". Even tho i told her before she qouted me the $10 that i only wanted to stay 1 night. Just bc i questioned her employess mistake. Then she wont give me my money back of $27 now, until we check out and she inspects room.

So now while in room we notice there is only 1 towel and no iron or cover on the ironing board. So i went and talked to the housekeeper requested for another towel. They told me that i was a liar and that there is 2 towels and so they wouldnt give me one. I asked about the iron. Was told that none of the rooms have them cuz everyone steals them. Then why have an ironing board in room still?

Anyways unfortunately im still here and have only been here for 5 hrs.

So please please please take my advice and run from this place. The only reason I'm still here is bc we are just looking and making sure the next place we go to is nothing like this. They are beyond rude and disrespectful.

Not a bad place at all, good prices for the weekly an all the staff that works there is very pleasent company :D
