manager at rancier store has no good customer service skills

any good manager should kno that the customer is always right and never try to argue with them... well i ran into that problem with the manager at the rancier store today, she messed up our order then was tryin to argue with me and tell me i was wrong....big mistake, u do not argue with customers at any time especially if you are a manager, she told me she had a migraine, well thats not my problem i just wanted my order fixed, we didn't pay almost 60 dollars to have a snooty manager mess our order up. leave your personal problems to urself and don't tell the customers cause it is not our problem. i would not recommend this store at all and if you are the owner and reading i would seriously consider hiring a new manager with a better attitude that doesn't try to argue with the customers. i am very upset at the service we received today and to let you know that we will never order pizza from pizza pros again because of the manager and her poor service.
