Provided by YP.comWonderful Office! I have visited the office several times. I had all of my amalgam fillings removed and replaced with white composite fillings. I also had an old stainless steel crown changed to a porcelain crown. Dr. Heather was gentle and I was extremely pleased with the treatment I received! The office staff and assistants have always been very friendly. I always recommend this office!

Provided by YPmobileI'm an army wife who has been coming here for almost 5 years. I had very bad experiences with prior dentists so I was scared when I came here but they make your visit very comforting. They also don't rip you off either. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Sullivan to anyone.

Provided by YP.comI have been a client of theirs for 20 plus years. I have always been treated with respect and privacy. This is a great place with great people. People unfortunately think that DENTISTS work like other healthcare and that insurance covers everything. It frequently does not. When you go to the dentist it is up to YOU to check what is covered and what is not. Insurance is filed as a courtesy. No guarantees. When you go to the dentist you want excellent service, pain free if possible. This is the place to go.

Provided by YP.comI had an emergency with a major absest tooth and having no insurance or nowhere to turn I went to the free clinic. They gave me a refferal to pundts dental for then to address the toooth that was causing the absest. When he saw that the three teeth where causing me pain not just the one that was absest he pulled all three out of the kindnest of his heart. Then sent me to front to try to work out payment options for the future to get the rest of my dental done, also their prices the lady quoted seem very fare.. So if u need a dentist go to pundts......

Provided by YP.comThis dental office is fantastic! The doctors and dental team are really great. I felt very comfortable with my recent exam and treatment. The dentist was thorough in the exam and explained my dental needs and treatment options really well. The front office was organized and helpful with my insurance estimates and billing for my treatment. I am very impressed with their Office Manager and dental staff as a whole. The dentist was patient, gentle, and thorough with my treatment visits. I look forward to being a patient at Pundt Family Dentistry for years to come!

Provided by YP.comWhile the work performed was decent, I have to say I'm disappointed with the business practices at this office. Pundt Family Dentistry does not make it a practice to call insurance agencies to check on benefit status before performing a procedure. I paid three times what I was quoted after the procedure, only to learn that the billing clerk didn't check with my insurance company to find that my benefits were maxed out for the year. In that same bill was a charge from 2008 for a procedure that "got lost". This charge was two years old before I learned of it. In addition to the bad business practices, I have a problem with the fact that when a patient goes in for conscious sedation, they require a responsible adult to stay the entire time the procedure is happening, and yet they give the patient instructions knowing they will not remember a word that is said. Overall I am very disappointed with this dentist practice.

Provided by YP.comMy husband had an appt and was referred out to an Endodontist by this office. We went to the appt with the Endodontist per our referral from Dr Pundt and were charged $75 because we were later told that our insurance did not cover this Endodntist. We had in the past been very happy with the services my whole family had received from the Pundt office. I am upset because i feel that the office should refer patients to specialists that take the patients insurance, as to not cause the pt to incur any unneccessary expense. The Pundt office was aware of my insurance because they filed it for his appt with them, so why would they then refer us to a specialist who does not accept our insurance. I know that it is not entirely their responsibility, but as a courtesy to their patients, taking the time to check the patients insurance and then refer them to a specialist that will take that insurance would be greatly appreciated. So, we spent $75 to an Endodontist only to be told that it would cost us $1648 for 2 root canals because Dr. Michael Ford (endodontist) does not accept United Concordia or any other insurance for that matter. I had to call back to Pundt family dentistry to get them to give me another referral to another Endodontist that does take the insurance. Our out of pocket expense will now be $524 for the same treatment. But we still wasted $75 thanks to Pundt family dentistry.

Provided by YP.comI have always been afraid of dental offices. But at Pundt Family Dentistry, I was treated so well by a caring staff and an excellent dentist. I felt it was a friendly environment and a very informative examination. I am looking forward to begin my treatment to a healthy mouth and pretty smile!
