Great counter staff, but the worst owners in the world. If you are late picking up your clothes they sell them, but if they loose your clothes the owner wants you to wait for months before taking action. I had a Joseph A Banks suit cleaned (worn once) and they lost the pants-it has been a month with no action. The owner wants me to until he contact every customer and refuse to say when he is prepared to make it right.

I was a loyal customer, spending hundreds of dollars monthly-No More!
