Provided by YP.comWarning to potential customers: Get a written quote with parts AND labor detailed on it. My "quote" only listed the problems, but the prices for parts AND labor were scribbled on a sheet of paper that THEY kept. I learned this the hard way after going to pick up my vehicle and finding out that the total came out to over $300 MORE than what they "told" me.
First one guy tells me that the computer system was the cause of the problem for having given them incorrect parts prices. (Whatever!) Then Ray tells me there is nothing wrong with the computer system and tries to convince me that his quote was for parts only. Not true because the price he scribbled and the price of the part weren't even the same to begin with - my ears and memory work perfectly fine!
Yes, they did the job. But watch your wallets and consider going somewhere else where they WON'T lie to you.

Provided by YP.comWould give them a 0 if possible they listed 4 parts i had changed out already less that 300 miles ago. Before even bringing it to them i had asked for my exhaust to be rewelded or new pipe bent and rewelded, turns out they cant even do that. Scam artists and bad ones at that. I am a mechanic and was looking for someone to work on her since of my 80+ hour work schedule. Couldent find parts, lied about work that needed to be done, and when i got my car back there where greasy hand prints on every exterior panel and they let it go with the hood up on the tow truck... dont get scamed into even calling these clowns. Will be uploading pitures and updating review when i get a chance to look further at my car.

Provided by YP.comMy rating? ZERO stars. I had to bring in my SUV for a new alternator and a weird sound coming from the back tire. They told me that my axle was broken, that the tire was completely shot, that the car was totally un-driveable and that it would completely fall apart and cause a major accident if I were to try and drive it. They quoted me $1200 for parts and labor. I went to O'Reilly's and they referred me to a different mechanic-the cause of the sound was actually the bearing on the rear wheel. Parts and labor? $100. I would definitely save my money and not fall for these scamsters.

Provided by YP.comThank you for the fine auto body repair job you did on my mini-van. It looks like it's never been in an accident. I've gotten a lot of comments about how nice it looks. I will recommend your shop whenever I can!
