I have been renting from this company for 3 years now and overall I'm very satisfied with this company. If something needs to be fixed you can do a work order and they send out vendors in a very timely manner. Plus If the vendor doesn't do such a great job they are good about sending out someone else who can get the job done.

Make sure when you are dealing with Soilders of Real Estate that you record all conversations. Steve is not a man of his word and will lie like crazy even when there's no need to. Soilders of Real Estate is very unreliable and the laziest company I have ever dealt with. When considering this company think twice and if you do choose, record record all conversation.

They have managed to not take care of the property where I lived , sewage has backed up into a vacant apartment twice ,myself and the other tenants notified the management company of the problem and it took several days for this issue to be addressed, we have had a major ant issue, which was never addressed, the tenants took care of that issue, and it's been just a lot of inconsistency with this company. I would recommend that you run instead of renting/ leasing from this company

Me and my family are military, and we had some property that needed to be taken care of while we were being reassigned all over the world. We decided to rent our house out. First problem is they let anyone rent out our house. Second, they did not care when the tenant paid, they paid us whenever they felt like depositing the money. We were swayed by Steve Darden that he would look after our property and was sympathetic to our situation being military. WRONG! They sure did get their management fee on time though but was paid us around almost the 15th of each month. I thought rent is due on the 1st! Let me try and pay my rent by the 15th and see if I still have somewhere to stay.

i am very pleased with the service provided from the main office and i am also well aware that Soldiers of Real Estate is the middle "person" between my needs as a tenant and the owner so when it comes to repairs i have that in mind and also love going to the office the vibe is just great and pleasent thank you SORE!!!!!!!!!!

I am very pleased to have Soldiers of Real Estate mange my property. I previoulsly had three other Property Managers and Soldiers of Real Estate is by far the best. I have been with them for over 1 year and not one of my five homes have been trashed. They rent my home out very quickly, in fact on one occasion they rented one of my homes out in one day. They have always been very professional. I highly recommend Soldiers to anyone for their Real Estate needs and in fact recommended my brother to them. Keep up the superb job Soldiers!!!

Don't even waste your time going here. They rent to anyone as long as they get their money. I am in the Military, and pay my bills on time everytime. I have complained about the young people(which it looks like 10 of them stay in one 2 bedroom apt) They leave trash by their front door for weeks at a time. They have so much company I cannot even park in my assigned parking spot. I have have written several letters to the office and personally went to file a complaint. They say the same thing over and over. We will talk to them! YEA RIGHT! My dryer have been broken for several months. Again, I have written several letters and called. The only thing they say is we have someone that fixes them. WHERE AND WHEN THEN? I called to talk to Steve Dardin and the same half a## females that work in the office answers his phone. What kind of business owner is he? What ever you do, Soldiers, DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE. They are like vampires, they suck you dry and leave you out. This place sucks
