Joanne was rude kept cutting me and digging her nails into me, unsanitary tools. Nails done bad and she kept knicking me on purpose the ladies don't wear gloves and have fungus on their nails

Just had my nails done by JoAnne.. this is under new management! I've been having my nails done a very long time.. getting ready for a cruise so I wanted my nails to look a little sparkly!! A very relaxed place..I highly recommend her!

They are under NEW MANAGEMENT !! JoAnn is the Lady to go to - she is awesome! She now does the SNS which is a healthier way to have your nails done - No Liquid or UV Light Needed -Easy to do & Easy for fill! Mine last up to 3 weeks!! These look & feel more natural than the acrylics I used to have done!

The new management at Top Ten Nails is amazing. They are very sweet and cater to what you want and what's best for your nails. They also stay updated on the latest nail trends like metallic nails and SNS nails! They also do individual eyelashes that look incredibly natural! Joanna is such a artist she does beautiful flowers and all kinds of designs! They also do pedicures amazingl, with a hot towel treatment for free! Its amazing! Try it out you won't be disappointed!

This is my favorite nail shop in Killeen. The shop is clean & service is great. I always leave satisfied.

I've tried every color and every manicure and pedicure styles that they come out with. They are clean, nice, and every weekend I go in I'm treated with respect. I've seen many customers disrespect the owner and the workers there. The owner and workers are there to do there job. If you are having a bad day and don't have anything to say nice just stay home and go another day.

This was the worst nail salon I e ever been to. They were rough, rude and service sucked. As soon as I walk in they direct me to the back table, as I sit down, there is a lady sleeping next to me and when I sat down it woke her up, she snarled, got up and pushed the chair away from her hardly. Come to find out, 5 minutes later SHE was going to be my nail technician. She sat down, put up a magazine on her light fixture so that I couldn't see her face or talk to her. Then she kept making annoyed notices as she was taking off my nails. (All I wanted were my nails removed) she got up about 10 times and walked around while 2 other people came and finished her job. (They were just as rude and rough) oh and while my hands were being soaked in acetone, she took my hands out and RECYCLED THE ACETONE into the same bottle she just used for me. Who knows how many other people she used that acetone on. Then they charged me $20. And I think the service was only $10... Will never go here again!!
