One star definitely describes my one year stay at WBW rentals, now known as "Liberty Rentals". This place has no emergency maintenance program (let alone a program at all) and my A/C unit broke here twice (once for 3 days and once for 5 days-no that's not a typo). I understand the only thing they are responsible for is fixing broken A/C's within 48 hours-well that didn't happen. Also don't think about using the main office (gym, pool, hot tub, or theater). She reviews all footage from the off-hours and will give you warnings and notices for using it. Also, you might as well give up your $500 security deposit since she will charge for whatever she sees fit and claim it is in the addendum. I was charged for to strip and wax the floor when I moved out. When I asked why she said "Because we do this with everyone. It runs out after 6 months." When I showed her the addendum I singed saying that the tenant is not responsible for normal wear and tear, she decided to claim that I scratched the floor.

This place is not soldier friendly wrote a letter 2 month a prior to deployment to break my lease and the manager said she can not until I produce orders I informed her that I am waiting for my command to recieve them she stated she would not let me out lease until she sees them. I told her can I speak with management she said no I am management. I received my orders 2 weeks prior to deployment and she is still making me pay the extra rent and I will not be in the duplex.. she made it impossible for me to get out of the lease. The neighbors here have argued with her and the rent is outrageous.. you would think for the rent price they would be military friendly but that is just the opposite! If you want to rent do not rent here you will be disappointed!
