They are a male and female team (not married to one another). They have many good ideas and protray them well. In building my home they only communicated with me when they wanted money. I called them many times and got vmail. I emailed them and they chose not to responed. The house was finished long after the agreed upon completion date and they didn't care. Their accounting and record keeping was poor and they could never give me an accurate total or explanation of how money was spent. I don't know if other builders would be any better but I wouldn't use them again.
