Called for driveway culvert quote. During the call he said he would also have to clean the ditch out. I stated well we could do that to save some money. He stated “ Ma’am you can’t do that. Wen I asked why not he started screaming said you don’t have equipment. You no what you better just get someone else. Then he said what a dumb Bit_ _! And hung up. I called back got his wife and told her what happened that he’s completely unprofessional and I will never use them for anything!

We had a sewer pipe break under the house and the sinks and toliet started backing up; We called several contrators and decided on Joe because his bid was the cheapest. He came out out and "fixed" the problem on 1/26/16, We had to wait until spring to call a landscaper to repair the lawn; and on 4/26/16, ****Lawn also in the same business as Joe; said if the sinks are still backing up the line needed to be checked for a blockage, We called Joe who immediately started making excuses; I outright asked him to come out and He said No, and that any problem we have now had nothing to do with the work he did on 01-27-2016. How would he know without checking the clean-out valve he installed???

I have the reciept that has in print that his work is guranteed for 1 year

He said the best thing for me to do was sue him.

I said I didn't want to sue him; I just wanted him to check the line for any blockage.

Then Joe hung up on me.

From the beginning of the work they were friendly and efficient. My cement porch turned out EXCELLENT! I can't wait to get out there tomorrow and drink a nice cold lemonade! I would recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.
