I often visit Taco Bell in Kimball I will not be insulted like I was and I will not be back day or evening. Very rude I had 3 orders for drive through and the guy was very rude and said for me to go on I was holding up the line and they only done 2 orders per car. We first had a young lady who came over the speaker. The other day I went through drive through and they said they were out of hamburger meat when I tried to do just a plain no meat they cant do that against company policy. What is going on here? We had to go to McDonalds and several of the cars in line at Taco Bell did the same. We will never go back!!! Need new workers who need to work and not goof off like that. I can not believe what happened. I am not over this yet. I may go to the head of Taco Bell because after he said that my daughter started video taping so we have our proof. As I am typing this I am getting mad all over again. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!!
