I thought to myself, " Mexican food in Kinder, LA?" This I have to see. I love Mexican food and I love it to be closer to authentic than not. While Cilantros menu is your typical TexMex it's very good. The beans actually tasted "re"-fried and the rice was browned which is the authentic way to do it. This place won't blow your mind, but it's really good especially considering it's rural Louisiana location. I think I'll try it again next time I'm up there.
