They've always been cordial during my visits. Don't be put off by the negative Dec 2012 review; it sounds like it is coming from the trailer trash living behind the building.

Well I have had a very nice experience every time I am there I love going in and talking with the ladys and the owner is my farrier to and she is wonderful with my mini .he loves her to death to.I have never had a b as d experience there.I will continue to go there for my animals needs.and happy one year anniversary keep up yhe good work girls you rock. The older lady that works there is VERY RUDE. She also blames 5 and 6 year old children that are at the bus stop is the reason why she doesn't get business. Did you ever think that it is probably her attitude towards people and the location. Also there is a dog inside the business that is not animal and people friendly.
