WAS excellent. Horrible now! New blonde lady in office is the reason. Completely unhelpful, hateful and just down right rude to paying customers.

Been doing business with this company for years and have been treated with fairness, respect, great work, honesty up until this new secretary came in, its like she took over and ruined it. Because of her they have lost a long time customer. I will say this company is and the new owner is very knowledgeable about hydraulics they do excellent work. I have delt with the owner, the shop foreman, used to be the owner and the guy in parts, they all do a perfect job.They are very well trained and experienced in hydraulics and can answer all your hydraulic needs. They can fix anything hydraulics and find any part or seals for hydraulics.

was my place to go. It is going to be hard taking my business to the crap place in Kville but I will not deal with that new blond lady in the office anymore I will take my business elsewhere now.

Even though its a samll machine shop, these guys know what they are doing!! They also gave me a warranty on the work that they done! They were fast. I needed a cyclinder back the next day, and they had it ready!!
