I called them at around 9 AM to see if I could get them to look at my SAMSUNG refrigerator that was leaking water into the crisper drawers in the refrigerator part and the lower freezer looked like it was full of snow. Ice buildup under the drawers was so thick that the freezer drawer would not fully close. I got a return call from them about 10 minutes later. The associate said that there were 5 jobs ahead of me and he said he would call me later in the day if he could get to me that day. He called me mid day and said they would be here between 3 PM and 5 PM. They arrived at 2:50 PM. They worked on the unit for about an hour and a half. The unit is running OK now and so far is doing well. They kept their word about arrival time. They fixed the problem. They were reasonably priced. They were friendly and courteous. They said that if there was a re-occurrence of the problem within the next 30 days, they would re-visit without a service charge. I am pleased with their service and I would recommend them based on this service call they made for me to fix this refrigerator.
