DONT EVER SHOP AT ANY JARED STORE!!!! My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from the King of Prussia store in November 2014. He chose a halo band with 66 small diamonds on the top and sides of the band and halo. Chose a loose cushion cut diamond. A month or so after it was on my hand (February 2015) two of the small diamond were loose and I noticed my center diamond was set unevenly (one side of the stone was higher than the other in the prongs). When we took the ring in to get it fixed and address the issues with Clayton (the General Manager), he presented us with my repaired ring and it was still not right. The center diamond was mounted evenly, but the prongs were crooked and the stone was not lining up with the halo. We then had to wait an hour to have the center stone perfected in the band. Fast forward to May 2015 when I am due for my 6 month inspection. The sales associate Claire inspected my ring saying everything was secure, and then put it in the cleaner. On my way out I noticed one of the small diamonds in my band was now missing! I went right back into the store and spoke with Amanda, who was the "stand-in" manager because Clayton and Tim were not in the store this week. Amanda said we could exchange my old band for a new one. I agreed to that and I also asked if for the new band, when they set the center stone if they could make the prongs shorter and have the stone set lower so it wasn't so high compared to my band. She said that they can switch out the prongs on the replacement band with different roofs that would make the diamond sit lower on my ring, which made me happy. Two days later, I went to pick up my replacement ring and all the repairs person did was take my old prongs WITH MY CENTER STONE STILL IN THE PRONGS, and place the prongs and center stone on the replacement band. They did not have the new prongs with the lower setting on the band. Apparently, the new prongs had to be ordered but no one called us to tell us that and there was no notes saying that the different prongs I requested needed to be ordered. So now we have to come back to Jared YET AGAIN when the new prongs come in so they can put my center diamond on the new prongs and put the new prongs on my band. I just noticed also that THE CENTER DIAMOND ON MY REPLACEMENT RING IS CLEARLY LOOSE!!!! My fiancé and I are done with Jared, we don't want to ever buy anything from them again and we want everyone to know what POOR QUALITY their products are and their POOR WORKMANSHIP with customization and repairs. No woman should go around thinking that their engagement ring that cost over $4k is really JUNK! Unbelievable...
