Here at Londer Family Chiropractic, we specialize in Myofascial Release Therapy aka Nimmo Receptor Tonus Technique in addition to gentle spinal manipulation. Our focus is on structural integrity, symmetry, and balance. Special attention is given to change one's health and function by correcting nutritional imbalance to reinforce spinal health overall well-being. Exercises, both in office and home prescribed, as well as postural correction and strengthening is integrated in our treatment protocols to make our wellness protocol for care more well-rounded and complete. What to expect? On your first visit to our office, a full history will be taken along with a thorough examination, followed by a brief consult on the underlying issues and how chiropractic will benefit you. Treatment will be rendered at the first visit. On the second visit a report of findings will be given to explain diagnosis, treatment plan, and goals of treatment. Care will also be provided on the second visit along with home exercises and other instruction. Subsequent visits will entail detection and correction of muscle imbalances via myofascial release therapy followed by gentle spinal manipulation of the spine.
