Phase One offers clients assistance in completing administrative, financial and project management tasks. We are certified in various accounting, sales and project management software. We work with clients on site and remotely, in order to stay on top of client projects. Our bookkeeping services are tailored to meet each of our client’s needs. Some of the services we provide are: Financial services include - • Review of current financial database • Accounts payable • Accounts receivable • General ledger • Reconcile bank statements • Payroll (monthly, quarterly, yearly) • General financial reports • Cash flow analysis • Budget preparation and maintenance We offer outsourced project management tasks such as planning, controlling, scheduling and tracking for small and large scale projects.
