This is an instance where I would give zero stars. I am a visually impaired person so I need help filling out forms. For privacy reasons the clerk tried to deny me service. I was told to ask a friend or neighbor to fill out the form for me. I don't ask friends or family to fill out these kinds of forms for me. I know it will be done correctly if a clerk fills it out. Other post office locations I have gone to always help me fill out the forms, no questions asked. I actually got angry and then got the help I needed. ADA guidelines trump other guidelines.

I am a resident of King of Prussia (Gulph Mills) since 1967. The delivery and pickup service in this area is awful; the worse this year than it has ever been. Some days we don't get delivery at all, and sometimes it is left in a neighbors box. At times, if we want to mail something urgent, we drive to the Bridgeport office for fear it will not be picked up. It would be appreciated if the service in this area can be improved. They are a bunch of liars the tracking system is a scam. it keeps saying the package is out for delivery yet it is not delivered and I go to the post office and they say it is not there. They lie the system is a scam. They take your money and then they don't care..
