I cannot even give 1 star, but i have to put something in to make a post! it's a monopoly of no choices in Birdsboro, Pa area. you pay taxes on your bill twice with this company. When you ask customer service about it, they just say, " we have our tax and the state also has their tax" No wonder everyone is changing to having no land lines anymore and has a cell phone! I guess the CEO's have to make their money any way they can!
