The initial repair went well... until 1.5 months later when there was no longer any cold air blowing. The technician initially sent out was not able to fully diagnose the issue because of a lack of tools, the next technician did not come out until 4 days later, and found that the compressor that was originally replaced was bad and had leaked all of the freon. The part finally came in and was replaced, and the repairman replacing the part believed that the initial repair was done incorrectly. The Total time for repair is 2 weeks, and this is the second repair for the same problem in 2 months.

If I could give zero stars. . . repeating Wild B, DO NOT USE this company. We were sent to Efficient Air Systems because of our Home Warranty. They completely define incompetence and terrible customer service. We had issues with our AC they came out 4 times and charged us $315 for unnecessary parts and Freon. After all that, still didn't work. Call them back to tell them it still wasn't working and they told me they could come back out 4 days later! When I told them that was unacceptable, the owner of the company hung up on me. I am not surprised by the other reviews of bad technicians because obviously it comes from the top! After all that we said forget the Home Warranty and just decided to call a company on our own. We should have much sooner. The other company came out the same day and repaired the AC in 45 minutes for under $100. Finally our AC was fixed and we were finally on our way to be cool, no thanks to Efficient Air Systems or the wasted $315 dollars with them!

Do not use this company. One of it's technicians is a "bad apple". The office staff was friendly and accommodating, but this did not carry over to the technician who responded. We worked out an arrangement with the office, but the technician was surly and quite unprofessional. In a time-dominant situation, we called West End HVAC, who bailed us out of a tough spot. Maybe it was just the (bad) luck of the draw, but who needs the aggravation - especially regarding heat during winter?

Good company

It is a good company but two bad people that work for that company. There was a very good and honest install man that was working for that company. I would recommend for any hvac job. I watched while they were working and one gentlemen named David, all he would do is walk around and try to bark orders to fellow co-workers I would have him stay away for my hvac unit. When you call this company say you would much rather have a gentlemen named J.W. work on your system.
