DO NOT CALL! Had septic tank issues. They were going to charge $4,500 to find the tank, dig it out and pump out. They said might be other issues also that they would not find until it was out. Called another company. They located, dug it out and pumped it for $275. The only issue was the fact it was full and a plugged filter!

Would never call again. Nice friendly people but I do not like they way they do business. Get a price before they come to your house. To install a garbage disposal that I had already purchased they wanted to charge me $635.00 installation. They said there were some extra gaskets that needed to be purchased etc... When I said NO that is WAY too high they billed me $60 to stop by the house. So they make their money by not working but doing house visits. They next plumber came by a few hours later and did everything in under 2 hours for $215.00.

My experience with Benjamin Franklin was fantastic. We are very satisfied. They even found and fixed a leak I didn’t know about!

Mike was very conscientious about the job, which was great! I will use them again!
