HORRIBLE DENTAL CARE

Don’t go here, these people are super nasty and super sleazy. The hygienist was supposed to perform a periodontal maintenance cleaning. Instead, she used her polisher to grind the tartar off my teeth - directly into my gums - and fumbled around for 30 minutes. She didn’t even floss the teeth and no deep cleaning, no cleaning below the gum line. Basically, she just dumped all that bacteria into my gums and left it - deliberately contaminating my gums and mouth.

She said, "I went real deep." The only thing she went real deep on was BS. She's nothing but a liar and a manipulator. You cannot remove tartar with a polisher and you cannot perform a deep cleaning with a polisher. It requires a scaler or an ultrasonic instrument to remove tartar and for deep cleaning.

Proper Dental Cleaning Procedures:

1 ultrasonic scaling
2 hand scaling
3 polishing

The process for removing tartar is called scaling. During a scaling, the dentist or hygienist uses special instruments to remove tartar from your teeth above and below the gum line. Polishing is completed after ultrasonic scaling and hand scaling. Apparently, she skipped steps one and two and went straight to step three to save her a lot of time and work - lazy.

Some slob came into the room to inspect my teeth, he claimed he was a dentist. He grabbed the skin on my face very aggressively, leaving a long red mark, where he sunk his thumbnail into my face.

A few days later, my gums felt terrible - worse than before the cleaning - it was obvious that no deep cleaning was done. I called their office and explained; You do not polish the teeth first, and you cannot clean teeth with a polisher, it requires a scaler or an ultrasonic instrument to remove tartar. The receptionist said, "We polish the teeth first all the time." This place is a total disaster.

HUGE EGOS - NO STANDARDS

They wanted to reschedule me an appointment in about three weeks. I informed her that I am supposed to have periodontal maintenance every three months, not every four months. They moved my appointment up a week.

These people are totally incompetent.

1 They deliberately contaminated my mouth and gums by dumping all that bacteria in my gums.

2 The dentist deliberately sunk his thumbnail into my face, bruising me (physical abuse).

3 They lied when saying this is the normal way to clean teeth.

4 They were trying to intimidate and harass me by saying, "Were gonna put that in your file."

5 They failed to provide the periodontal maintenance I paid for with their incompetence.

6 They refused to apologize and continued with their campaign of lying by saying, "We do this all the time."

7 They charged me $57.20 and yet, my portion of the bill was only $8.60. I was overcharged $48.60 after they had agreed to the terms of my insurance company and then they did not clean my teeth or provide any deep cleaning or scaling. Now I have to hire another dentist and pay cash, because my insurance company is not going to pay twice. See Photo on Yelp

Don't believe all of their positive reviews, because they have no standards and are compulsive liars, and there is nothing that they will not stoop too - including writing fake reviews and removing negative reviews.

These people are truly despicable.
