Kingman's bus station sucks! Really, Crazy Fred's Truck Stop? Ridiculous. And to have to be there two hours in advance? What for? Nothing to do for two hours unless you want to watch strippers in a nasty nightclub or hang out at the nearby gas station where they charge $5 to use your debit card to purchase a soda. Crazy! -*

I can't believe Greyhound moved their bus stop at Crazy Fred's truck stop. My granddaughter had to leave from there yesterday and they have a strip club with massage parlor and their menu reads Crazy Fred's Whorehouse really children travel in and out of Kingman and this is unacceptable, this is not the last you will hear from me.

Having all kinds of trouble with Greyhound. In this age of information theirs is screwed up and we ended up at the wrong station and missed our bus. Any city with more than one "station" should have correct address where to go on the ticket. This situation is costing us so much money. Customer service is unhelpful, has no power to help customers. The cost of the exchange of tickets is $20 (in our case 1/3 of the ticket) This whole situation has cost us money, employment and connection to CA what a stupid system they have.

THERE IS NO BUS STATION IN KINGMAN, AZ THERE IS A BUILDING BUT NO PEOPLE THERE TO RUN IT. I WAS DROPPING OFF MY NEPHEW TO GO TO TEXAS AND THE TICKET SAID TO BE THERE 1 HR BEFORE, WHICH WE WERE. THEIR WAS NO NEED TO BE THERE THAT FAR IN ADVANCE. WHILE WE WERE WAITING FOR THE BUS, THERE HAD TO OF BEEN 6 DIFF PEOPLE THAT CAME THERE TO BUY TICKETS, NO ONE TO SELL THEM ONE. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. AT LEASE THE ADDRESS ON THE WEB WAS THE RIGHT ONE THE ONE THEY HAVE FOR BULLHEAD CITY IS WRONG. HAVE TO GIVE A STAR RATING SO I PUT 1 SHOULD BE A ZERO.
