Susan recommended some things that virtually have changed my life. My fibro was so bad when it got cold or damp that I would spend most of the day in bed. With Susan's help I now have more energy, no depression, lots less pain and just feel better overall.Don't spend my days in bed feeling bad. It isn't gone but oh so much better.
