Went in to look for a newer used car, the sales lady showed us a 2014 Cadillac SRX, really liked the car so we set down to deal on the car. After a while she had to go see another customer and a young man came over. We argued price for quite a while and after 3-4 hours we made a deal. I had told the salesman that I wanted a tank of gas as my trade in was just filled up. When we came to pick up the car it only had 1/8 tank of gas. The salesman said that was all the manager would let him give us. I asked again and he talked to the manager and came back and said sorry. I went to the manager and said, OK the deal is off, give us our car. He said kind of rude, "Chill man, it's only a little gas". They gave us a tank of gas and we left, they have never called or contacted us to even see if we like the car or if we have any questions. Will not deal there again.

After going over and explaining the paperwork with my husband and me we went to look at the car. He showed me everything and programmed everything on my phone with my car that he was able to. He was very easy to deal with and extremely patient, we spent 2.5 hours in my car going over everything he could think of. He made sure we had his business card and pointed out his cell #, he told me to call him with any questions no matter how small and he would take the time to help me. I have called him twice and each time we spoke he was more helpful then the last time.

Great bunch of people working here! I bought a 2010 accord from Sandra and this was the best experience I have had in a while at any business I have people asking me if I wanted a drink and treated me very well!!! Would recommend to anyone!!! Thanks again

All I have to say is that it was a whole new experience buying a new vehicle, the salesmen(Pablo/Al)were very knowledgeable of the Honda product, they have a different approach to customers than, lot of other sales man they listen to your needs.it took me 5 visit to different dealerships to buy my O4 Honda Accord, after we were out from finance he took us around the dealership to meet all the people that we will be having doing service on our vehicle, We love the car and the salesman..........don't deal with anybody else but Pablo or Al

Went on for service on my 2008 civic and had a break issue and I didn't really have the money to get it fixed so Dave help me on the price and let me pay for the job over a month period they went out of their way to help me!!! Thanks again

Mike helped us out a lot. He is very informative and considerate and willing to spend extra time to fulfill a customer query. The rest of the staff is great and very helpful too. It is not as intimidating as what I read in the reviews. Keep up the great work.

Good Internet Sales person! Knew what and when i wanted to purchase and was low pressure!!! I cant stand pressure so i always go through the internet dept and Ryan i belive was his name took great care of me . Finance was ok not the best rates were a lil high but other than that great staff and nice business would send any of my friends or family their to do business !!!
