Reviews tend to exaggerate, not Barry's. It was a pleasure working with him. He took the time to ensure we would be able to use the land as we want, taking us to various county offices to learn about zoning and flooding before we purchased. If you are looking to buy land we strongly recommend calling Barry! His reviews are spot on!
