Fast pickup, great service, newer comfortable truck, room for passengers. Super nice competent driver. Above and beyond to help us get to our drivable car after one broke down!! High 5

Stranded on I-40 between Kingman and Flagstaff. I called and spoke to Mike & he said he'd be there inside 30 minutes. Within 20 minutes I was back on the road! Very friendly & VERY prompt service. Definitely a positive ending to a potentially dangerous situation.

Mikes Pow-R-Tow came out after we had a blow out. The man they sent hooked up our truck after it had body damage from the wreck that we were worried about and then proceeded to hook up and take off with our truck leaving it in park and grinding it into the asphalt. The Officer and other professionals all looked in amazement. We finally got to the yard after getting our insurance called and when asking about getting our personal things out of the truck got immediately inturrupted by the woman at the desk who we guess was having a bad day. We proceeded to tell her our concern about what the tow driver did when a man came into the office screaming vulger language ( We were shocked!) stating they didn't do anything, threatened to call the police (why, because we came to ask about it and get our belongings from the truck?) . My husband just walked out to go call our insurance . the man continued with mother f***** etc. It scared me as I was afriad he would come through to the other side of the counter as he was behaving in an aggressive and thretening way. These people are not professional and I would not go by yourself to their office.

Pow-R-Tow are allowed to work in these situations . Do NOT go to this office by yourself!
