Mohave County Superior Court, located in Kingman, Ariz., maintains an independent, integrated and professional judicial department. It provides judicial and court services. It ensures due process, provides safe and equal access during all court proceedings and protects individual and corporate rights. It also prevents the arbitrary use of power, ensures the rule of law, punishes offenders and resolves other issues as appropriate. Its judicial support functions are handled by the court administrator's office under the direction of the presiding judge.
