Bought a car here, had my mechanic check it out, it’s a lemon and they just kept giving me the run around wasting my time. #Not An Expert#Not Professional

No return phone calls in 5 attempts to 3 different contacts.

We purchased a very nice looking Big Horn Ram 2014 Diesel.
After the test drive and agreeing to their 15 day 500 mile return policy, we bought it and subsequently had our trusted mechanic look at it.

There were some serious mechanical problems that only trained eyes see – like the turbo was maxed out plus cracked bearings among other things. A big deal.

We called the manager we purchased from on Stockton Hill Rd, their Northern Ave main office and their service center on the corner of Neal Ave and Powell Ave. No call back, they all were irresponsibly unavailable.

When confronted, face-to-face, they say oh yeah, we’ll look into that and nothing happens. Even little things, like batteries for a key fob or finding the OE tire jack.

No way to run a business, I’d say.

The staff at Poor Boyz were amazing at helping my family find a new car. My husband and i just couldn't come to an agreement on what model we should buy. Our sales representative was very patient and attentive and stuck with us through the end. Finally after a week we were introduced to our dream car. The guys at Poor Boyz know the true meaning of customer service. We've recommended to all our friends and family. We will definitely be coming back for future purchases. Worst place to buy a car..went and got a truck from them and was promised that a part was ordered 2 days before I paid an picked it up long story short after almost 2 months of talking to them back an forth via text and wasted trips to pick the parts up an hr each way and them being the wrong parts I gave up and had to take it to a dealer ship to have it fixed. The so called mechanic they have don't know what he is doing he told us what it needed was the brain and was no where close to what was wrong with it the first part I picked up said heat element an I even said this is not right he assured me it was.got home wasn't even for the truck second part was a brain which finally I got eventually after having talked to the owner after 2nd truck payment so 2 months. I went threw numerous calls and texts threw these people and got the go around each time! Either it was there than next morning it wasn't no one seem to know anything. I WAS NEVER REIMBURSE FOR THE TRIPS OR TIME also was written an I owe you that they never held up to.very dirty place very unorganized for all I know my ss number and private info is floating around. Others were nailed on the wall. These people have no clue how to run a business and are a scam more of a drug pick up than anything I would say. Lesson learned we will never return to this place and will make sure everyone we know does not as well.ended up having to spend 900.00 on parts it needed that were magically not there.. PLEASE DON'T BOTHER EVEN GOING TO THIS PLACE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
