Horrible customer service. Horrible punctuality. Fixed and added services without consulting you first. Asked them to fix my power steering which was the main issue and they told me it was fine when it clearly wasn't. They then fixed it just to mess up installing it so that a week later my truck died and needed another brand new pump, pulley, and belt. Broke my cv shaft boot installing new front hubs and then denied that they had done it. Worst experience ever. Kevin B said he would call me to discuss and never did until I physically had to go there in person to talk to him. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or double check every single work they do on your vehicle. You'll lose not only money but time and energy with these people. Normally I don't go off bad reviews, but in this case all the previous bad reviews were true and I got to experience it first hand.

I was having problems with my car running bad, so I asked a few friends in town and they all told me to take my care to Superior Tire, so I did and I am glad I did they were so friendly and explained everything that was wrong with my car. (since I don't know anything about vehicles I called my brother who is a mechanic) in California and owns a shop and told him what was going on and what they said. I also texted him a copy of the quote they gave me and he said they are Spot on with everything they are saying and are charging me a very fair price. He also called them and spoke with owner Kevin and told him how much he appreciated him helping me and being fair and Honest with me. I will not go anywhere else and I will let everyone how well they treated me. It was a Pleasure

NOW I KNOW WHY THEY HAD PEOPLE PICKETING IN FRONT OF THEIR STORE!! I was in a pinch and needed an alignment and unfortunately kingman's best alignment place (Stockton Hill Tire & Automotive) was too booked and couldn't get to it that day. Like a dummy i took it to Superior Tire, in which 2 people told me not to due to their horrible service. Well i should have listened. I went there and got quoted $79.99 for an alignment ($14.99 more than stockton hill tire), so i thought beggars can't be choosers. After i drop it off they tell me i need a cam kit to align my truck $350 (brand new truck i might add). I told them i know it doesn't need one cuz i buy the same new truck every 6 months and stockton hill tire has never told me i needed that. So then they told me it was just a suggestion, but they can still align it. So i go to pick up the truck and all the sudden my $79 alignment was $107. This upset me! All they've said is "I'm sorry" and continue to lie to me about their wrong doing.

I have been taking my Volvo and Dodge there for all of my oil changes and tires. The staff is great they are very knowledgeable and friendly
