Provided by YP.comWhen I made my appointment I made it clear I needed them to start the work right away. I brought it in as agreed. The motor home sat all day. One of my mirror was broken they said they could not find a replacement so I had to come up with a Jerry rigged mirror that when they installed they broke off a screw. A new technician said why didn't you call the manufacture of the mirror for a replacement I had one in three days but can't install it because of the broken screw. I had a check engine light on I wanted it address nothing was done. I had a heater not working they told me the motor was bad and it would not light so I should install a hold new unit. the new technician fixed it at a fraction of the cost of a new one. I told them I was having some trouble with the frig the freezer compartment would get cold but the cooler compartment temp would fluctuate. They told me I should get a new frig. The new tech fixed it. These hacks have changed there website removing all critical reviews.

Provided by YP.comMy experience with 3 vehicles over the course of 2 years is excellent. Fast, professional service, they diagnosed and fixed the problem. Mostly the estimated price is the pick-up price, but, they do call before doing unauthorized work. My '93 Toyota with 300k miles was overheating and they found a sensor wire grounding out. Whew! That was a hard one to diagnose but they stayed with it and charged the agreed upon $97 . A.J. explained everything and Sue gave me a short ride home. This is one of Kingman's best family run shops.

Provided by YP.comTruly disappointed. Asked for an ONAN generator service and received an oil change that included a new filter (that leaked) and 2 quarts of oil. Paid $92. for an oil change. I thought a generator service would include checking the spark plugs and cleaning the spark arrestor. I feel violated. I ended up replacing the oil filter for $12. Be careful at Russel's!
