The overall job was great. I was learning a new line of work. My one and only issue is the spineless behavior of Ascend staffing. I missed 2 days due to gastroenteritis, was told to get a doctor's note to be cleared for work the following day. I did what was requested of me and the doctor is trying to force or sell me the vaxx. I refused, and ascend staffing went along with the doctor. They told me all i needed was a doctor's note clearing me from the issue at hand which was a severally upset stomach. Not for anything vaxx related!

If you ever see "ASCEND STAFFING" do yourself a favor and walk away. They make huge commission for signing you on to a job. They take a bunch out of your checks cuz they are the ones who got you a job. Think of them as loan sharks. Instead of the mafia, they are 2 or 3 women in a casual building sucking the money and life out of any unsuspecting soul who is desperate for work. They are the worst. You're better off struggling for a bit an finding work, than to sell your soul and dignity to any staffing agency that doesn't care about you only your money!!
