Not very happy with the service changes, I missed my appointment by 15 minutes due to being sick all night and over sleeping I called to reschedule and they wanted my money in advance over the phone, it is not a very secure way to pay plus I was a client with then for over three years. Using them regularly for help with weight management for my sports league and giving them tons of referrals. I will no longer be attending this facility. Short staffed and money is taking over the good consumer service they once supplied. :( sad to say it but they have lost a valued client.
