I needed the vinyl wood grain replaced on my station wagon. The promised two week turn around and three months later I still had nothing. They wouldn't return my text or phone calls. I sent them almost two dozen samples of wood grain that I liked, pulled from a website used frequently by people in this industry. They sent back "renderings" or "Proofs"(as they called it) of my car with some wood grain they had created and it looked horrible. Pictures didn't look professional. It was some of the worst "photo shop" pictures I had ever seen. So of coarse I didn't like them. I showed these pictures to other people in the industry and they laughed. Then for the first time they informed me that they charge $100 an hour for those pics, that they would not give me a refund for the full amount, and if I was a "regular customer" I could get a refund but since I wasn't, no refund. I was dissatisfied with the work and service I feel like I shouldn't have been charged for work I'm not happy with.
