First came a local power failure, followed by frozen, cracked and leaking water pipes, during the time we were snow-birds. The house became a disaster, the basement, an indoor pool.

Then came Homesite Insurance. They were careful with their money but fair. Very fair. No complaints.

Also zero complaints about Up Rite Plus, our local damage remediators. They kept us 10 months in a rented home, but they did a fantastic job.

Finally, learning our lesson, we had a stand-by generator installed by USI Electric. Those professionals work, explain and provide electrical power security and maintenance by the book. I only wish I thought about them in the first place but, you know what?...... Better late than never.
