I lived at Kings Park Manor for two long years, and I can honestly tell you that there's not one solitary good thing to report about it. In fact, it was a totally horrifying experience, all the way from a property manager that was crude, non caring, ignorant, arrogant and just plain non efficient, along with the so callewd superintandant who had a hard time tying his own shoe laces ! The apartments are cheaply made no matter what it is, the windows are extremely hard to open and close, they all have electric heat and in apartment hot water heaters all of which ran up an astronomical electric bill every month ! I could go on and on. For those who are looking for a decent apartment in which to live, take my advice and stay well clear of this dump !
