As a day care provider for over twenty years, I believe that children thrive best in a stimulating, interactive, and age-appropriate environment. I feel that it is so important for children build self-esteem, feel a sense of connection, and learn basic life skills (sharing, cooperation, awareness) through social interaction and teaching moments.
