Do not rent from this company!!! The dishwasher began leaking shortly after we moved in off and on. I reported it to the appropriate authorities, they scheduled for an appliance workman to stop by and look at it. The technician spent 2 minutes assessing the dishwasher and reported that the seal was missing. When the property manager called back she accused us of doing something to it, when my husband set her straight on the matter she was a little more kind in her accusation but none, the less it has been six weeks and we still have not heard anything about this dishwasher getting fixed, not to mention the rude, accusing manner in which she handled the situation. I will and would not advise anyone to rent with this company!!!

They have managed 3 rental properties for me very professionally and always on top of every situation. Very good company for any real estate need.

Do NOT use this company. I had the misfortune of having this company manage and sell a property for me, the worst experience I ever had during my 30 years of military moves. I wish I could give them zero starts, unethical business practices, greedy, non communicators, the realtor and the broker did not talk. The Realtor flat out lied and mislead the buyer and the seller, the broker never contacted me back to discuss any of these issues. I will never use Prudential again. You should be ashamed of yourself. The broker and realtor should lose their license. If you worked for my business you wouldn't make it a day.

The house I was living in was owned to Cicily Hill which is part owner or this company. The house I rented was foreclosed and the sewer was backed up the whole time I lived their, when the Celtic backed up they told me they had nothin to do with the property anymore. That was after I also paid that months rent. I paid Jan rent and the house was foreclosed on Jan 7th. They collected Jan and Feb rent from me.
